"ZERO star. Terrible customer service wether from the manager or staff at the Surrey store. Apparently the other stores lack in stock leaving a purchase only viable virtually. The people I spoke to at the stores are not suited to provide customer service Or a job of this nature. \n\nThey appear to be foreigners by majority unhappy with their jobs or Canadian culture in general. Perhaps they feel its okay to provide such horrible customer service and hang up on potential purchasers?\n\n This has become a common problem in Canada since the Covid19 scare tactics used by political and media deception common place in these times of major concern. \n\nBased on the reviews I've read on these open box stores avoid virtual orders for lack of follow up if your order doesn't appear too bad. Overall this company is over priced for used devices compared to other stores. \n\nSCAMSTERS\n\nThese Stores should be boycotted and closed down."
