    "if I could give 0 stars I would. Tiara Lyons, one of their auto claims adjusters, is one of their rudest, unprofessional, and unhelpful individuals I've encountered. There are plenty of of businesses lacking customer service these days, but her abysmal service and her terrible attitude put State Auto (now part of Liberty Mutual) at the tippy top of the short list! Please do the organization a favor and terminate her!"
