High Contrast Mode will not turn off. Since the last w10 update I have noticed the date & time, weather temperature greyed out. Rather annoying as when you hover mouse over either, they still don't become very visible. I was trying to make these visible again and set High Contrast Mode by accident. Now it will not turn off.

Which version of Word are you running? Is there a chance you have enabled a high contrast theme in Windows? Could you post a screen shot for illustration?
By contrast, my home workstation runs Server 2016 with GUI and desktop experience enabled, and the NVIDIA drivers install via GeForce Experience - never had an issue with a single driver - ever. The driver I run at home is GeForce Game Ready Driver Version 431.36 Release Date 07/09/2019.
I had the same problem of sent mails suddenly disappearing. I just use Outlook 2013 for one day, got everything set up well (= working fine) but all over sudden minor issues appeared. In contrast to what the community moderator states, Cathy-IT's solution also worked for me! Strange but true... I hope this will keep future issues out of my reach.
