    "Bought a washer and dryer this past summer. When they were installed, the cold water shutoff valve was leaking after the install. I tried to call the store to get help, but after multiple calls, I was only able to speak with an overseas customer rep. I spoke with 2, both were very difficult to understand, and were not able to help getting anyone out to my house to look at the problem. I went to the store where I was able to speak with the sales person I had worked with when purchasing, but he was only able to tell me someone would call the next day. Was never able to speak with a manager, but was given a manager's card. Meanwhile, I've got a leaking shutoff valve. After going home from the store, I had to move the dryer to close the shutoff valve. When moving the dryer, the dryer venting fell off where it connected to the vent leading out of the house. There was no clamp or tape utilized to connect it. The following day, someone did call, I told them about the dryer vent failure, along with the leaking shutoff valve. The only thing they offered was to have the same installers come out to look at it. Why would I have the same installers come out that did a very poor job the first time? I ended up fixing the vent and shutoff valve myself. What would someone do if they did not know how to repair it on their own? Best Buy doesn't seem to be able to provide quality installers. I did email the store manager, as they did not return my calls, about my experience. I never received an email reply. I will not shop at or recommend Best Buy in the future."

    "Bought 4 new tires -- lug nut broken during install, two tires went flat within days . Had to change them myself. Called to schedule a fix. Told "no appt needed = bring in and fix would be ASAP". Took in and after being told a 45 min wait - after 1 1/2 hours told they meant to say 45 min after brought into bay(lie) . Then said that all scheduled appt. would come first and I was lying about prior call re:ASAP info. Manager said he couldn't put me first - when asked why = " because I don't want too".Went to store's customer service - another auto dept mgr was called . Said I was lying about ASAP call,the managers "don't want to" comment and lug nut breakage. I'm 74 and in ill health, have no car now, and couldn't wait an indefinite time (hours). Both mgrs were condescending and used same ploy of "I won't deal with you because of bad attitude " even during normal conversation."

    "Pros - \nConvenient - Not too far away from most places. Usually a walk distance away.\n\nCons -\n\nOutdated equipment - With the exception of the self checkout lines being readily available some checkout machines are decades behind. An associate claimed the machine in electronics department is from the early 1990s .\n\nCleanliness - By far the messiest Wal-Mart on this side of the Delaware. Granted it is a smaller store BUT I would figure that they would avoid being Dollar Tree levels of bad.\n\nToxic employees - As a frequent customer I go there to find updated stock in the early morning hours. Some of these associates tend to mouth off while working and gossip about customers. I get that some customers are unruly and not always right BUT this behavior is unacceptable. Two wrongs don't make a right."
