"Late review but I'm glad they participated in the Nintendo Switch 2 Midnight Launch, they handled the event quite well and things went off with no issues and we even got to take home a little momento. So nice to relive a relic of the past even if it were just for a brief moment."

"I opened a Best Buy credit card to purchase a computer, which I paid off in full. I kept the account open because I planned to make additional purchases. When I was getting ready to buy something else, I noticed an unexpected $46.00 charge from Geek Squad. I never requested their services, yet the charge was added to my credit card.\nFrustrated, I closed the account. Because of the unauthorized charge and the late fees that followed, the balance kept increasing. I contacted Geek Squad, and they removed their charges, but the late fees remained. As a result, the account was reported, and my credit score dropped.\nAll I wanted was to do business with reputable companies, and instead I ended up being penalized for a situation caused by their mistake, or their scam."

"While some of their products are good. I purchased an Acer laptop from them in May 2025. In September 2025 it got stuck in sleep mode and we brought it back. They would not exchange it or give us our money back, we had to use our warranty to get it fixed. We are STILL waiting for my laptop and it's now DECEMBER! They have replaced just about every part and keep ordering parts without telling me specifics and they bump my repair to the back of the line every time they get more parts in! Their communication is horrible!"
