"I use to be a Walmart shopper for year's but the service is terrible. I've done pick up orders 1/2 my stuff would be outdated or expire in a few days. Their prices use to be the cheapest. Now that is not the case. I tried a delivery order and spent close to $90.00 when the NON ENGLISH SPEAKING person set two items on my porch and left because we couldn't communicate I was livid. \n\nHello Kroger & Meijer"

"We went to Best Buy with a certain laptop in mind. The sales guy talked me out of what I wanted because they didn't have that laptop in stock and instead suggest a different brand. It was similar and it was on sale. We were approved for the deal but were unable to purchase that day because we had entered the wrong social during the point of sale. They told us to come back two days later and the system would have reset itself by then. We did as they asked but when we came two days after the laptop was no longer on sale. Best Buy would not honor the sale even though we made the deal and ran our credit with a certain price in mind. I now have a laptop I'm not satisfied with and I paid the same price as I would have had I actually got the laptop I wanted. Shame on you Best Buy for not honoring the deal we made."

We purchased this item as a gift and was immediately wrapped as such. It wasn't opened by the recipient until beyond 14 days meaning BestBuy will not support in anyway. \n\nPlease learn from our misfortune and buy elsewhere! Your hard earned dollars deserve better after sale support. Considering Crutchfield would be one suggestion."
